AGILEWORK TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms of service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of AgileBot (agilebot.dev) and the AgileBot Roblox Studio plugin (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Agilework (KvK: 42043596, BTW: NL005451829B92, Buitengaats 43, 1186 MB Amstelveen, Netherlands). Please read them carefully.
Accepting these Terms
If you access or use the Service, it means you agree to be bound by all of the terms below. If you don’t agree to all of the terms, do not use the Service. If a term does not make sense to you, contact us at team@agilebot.dev.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective 30 days after we post revised Terms (indicated by the date at the top), or immediately upon your acceptance if we provide a click-through mechanism. It is your responsibility to check agilebot.dev for changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy
For information about how we collect and use information, see our Privacy Policy. We collect usage and engagement information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services including:
(a) AI model providers. Your prompts, Roblox project data (including script source code, object hierarchies, properties, and GUI states), and conversation history are transmitted to OpenRouter and its downstream model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and MiniMax) for the purpose of generating AI responses. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. You consent to this transmission by using the Service.
(b) Payment processing. Paid subscriptions are handled by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record. Polar.sh collects and processes your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. Agilework never receives or stores your full payment card details.
(c) Hosting infrastructure. The Service is hosted on Netlify and PostgreSQL database services. Your data is stored on these platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party service. You are encouraged to read their terms and privacy policies.
Creating Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your Roblox account and AgileBot Studio tokens
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions
If you discover or suspect any security breach, notify us immediately at team@agilebot.dev.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are between 16 and 18, you must have parental consent to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Your Content
Our Service allows you to submit content including messages, prompts, and Roblox project data (script source code, object hierarchies, properties, GUI states, and other Studio data) (“Your Content”). You retain all ownership rights to Your Content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process Your Content solely as necessary to:
- Provide the Service to you (including transmitting Your Content to AI model providers to generate responses)
- Respond to support requests, including reviewing relevant conversation details, agent-chain steps, tool activity, and logs when you ask us to investigate a low-quality, failed, or unexpected AI response
- Improve and maintain the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
You also retain ownership of the AI-generated output produced for you through the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of our AI providers. Some AI model providers assert ownership or usage rights over generated output in their own terms; please review the applicable provider terms. To the extent we receive any rights in AI-generated output, we assign them to you.
AI-Generated Content
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate code, scripts, and other output (“AI-Generated Content”). You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-Generated Content is produced by automated systems without human review. We do not verify, validate, or filter it for correctness, safety, security, or compliance with Roblox’s Terms of Service or community standards.
- AI-Generated Content may contain errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or code that violates Roblox policies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving all AI-Generated Content before using it in your projects.
- We provide no warranty regarding the correctness, safety, performance, fitness for purpose, or Roblox ToS compliance of any AI-Generated Content.
- You assume all risk arising from the use of AI-Generated Content, including but not limited to broken games, data loss, Roblox moderation actions, account suspension, or any other consequences.
- The AI models are third-party services over which we have no control. Their availability, quality, and output may vary.
AI-Generated Content — Allocation of Responsibility
The AI models that generate output through the Service are developed, hosted, and operated by third-party providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and MiniMax) accessible via OpenRouter. Agilework does not own, control, train, host, or operate these models. The Service acts as a conduit: it transmits your input to third-party AI providers and returns the resulting output to you. The AI providers are solely responsible for the content their models produce.
You acknowledge that AI models are automated, probabilistic systems that operate without human judgment. Their output is machine-generated and may be incorrect, unsafe, malicious, or otherwise harmful even when presented in a confident manner. No human at Agilework reviews, curates, validates, or endorses AI-generated output before it reaches you.
Agilework makes no warranty and accepts no liability for any AI-generated output, including but not limited to its accuracy, safety, security, functionality, fitness for any purpose, compliance with Roblox’s terms or community standards, or non-infringement of third-party rights. You release Agilework from any claim relating to AI-generated output. If you have a claim arising from AI-generated output, your sole recourse is against the relevant AI provider, subject to that provider’s terms.
By using the Service, you confirm that you understand AI output is produced by third-party systems over which Agilework has no control, and you assume all risk associated with reviewing, testing, and using such output.
Roblox Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content, AI-Generated Content, and your use of the AgileBot Roblox Studio plugin comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use, Community Standards, and all applicable policies. Agilework is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

You may not submit or use the Service to generate:

- Malware, viruses, exploits, or code designed to harm or disrupt Roblox services or other users
- Content that facilitates harassment, hate speech, or discrimination

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Current pricing is published at agilebot.dev/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
Free Tier
The free tier includes limited monthly, weekly, and daily API usage and does not require a payment method. Paid subscriptions are billed only when you choose a paid plan.
Usage Limits
Plans may include monthly, weekly, and/or daily usage limits. When your usage reaches the applicable limit, the Service will be temporarily unavailable until the limit resets. We may adjust usage limits from time to time to keep the Service reliable, sustainable, and fair across users; any changes will be reflected in the Service or on our pricing page.

- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service or any portion of it as a standalone product or service
- Use data mining, robots, or similar extraction methods
- Reverse engineer or access the Service to build a competitive product
- Use the Service other than for its intended purposes
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
You may delete your account at any time through the Service. Account deletion purges your conversations and personal data, though anonymized usage records may be retained for analytical and legal purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER DUTCH LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agilework and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) AI-Generated Content used by you; (d) your violation of these Terms; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and that class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Agilework regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
